HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE WHIPPED CREAM

How To Make Homemade Whipped Cream-:

All items must be chilled. That is the main secret to getting a fluffy and creamy whipped cream. Before heading into the recipe, we need to check the following:

Equipment:

  1. Metal bowls are the best bowls you can use to make whipped cream, not iron bowls. You need to make sure to freeze the bowl into the freezer for 10-20. It helps bring out a fluffy cream fast.
  1. An electric mixer has made things to be very easy and fast when making whipped cream. 
  1. The piping bag helps to pipe the whipped cream.
  1. A Palette knife helps to smoothen the cake when you want to use whipped cream design cake.

All these items must be kept in a freezer.

Recipes-:

There are just three(3) recipes that the whipped cream is made. These are:

Confectionery Sugar.- confectionery sugar is preferable to granulated sugar. It is sweeter and it is seen as “Chantilly cream”.

Heavy cream or heavy whip.- this is rich in cream, which contains over 30% of fat.

Vanilla extract- this adds flavor to the taste of the whipped cream.

Procedure:

  • SteP1- Get a clean mixing bowl and a clean beater.
  • Step2- Place all your equipment into the freezer for 20minute, before preparing.
  •  Step4 –After 20minute, get all your equipment out of the freezer, place them on a table.
  •  Step5- Add 1cup of chilled heavy cream into your bowl.
  • Step6- Add 1 tablespoon of Confectionery sugar, to make it sweeter add 2table spoons.
  • Step7- add 1teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Duration-:

Homemade Whipped cream, can last long if the requirements are followed properly. You can store it in an air-tight container, in the refrigerator for up to three (3) days. Therefore, if you pipe it on pies, it lasts longer than necessary.

Note- 

If you are not using whipped cream over the top of a sheet cake, do not use it for frosting on a cake. It will not be good.
