When making Valentine’s Chocolate cupcakes, start with a box mix and any flavor of chocolate will work. Different ingredients can be added to give it a homemade taste. The ingredients needed to make the mentioned cupcake are ; 

Chocolate, buttermilk, vinegar, milk, vegetable oil, room temperature eggs, frosting, unsalted butter, powdered sugar, strawberry glaze, decorator bags, candy, or sprinkles.

 Make sure the batter is smooth by adding a cake mix to the mixing bowl and using a whisk to break up large pieces of mix.

begin by adding water to a bowl and beat until it is smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar gradually while alternating it with milk, add strawberry glaze to your taste, and beat it well. Add powdered sugar to taste.
